Quote of the day....

I am quite fascinated by quotes. Today I came across one that I hadn't remembered seeing or reading before. I certainly should have known the quote, because it's by Dr. Seuss, and who hasn't read Dr Seuss? The quote was "Be who you are, and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind." Great stuff. Words to live by, I say. I copied the saying onto a blank piece of paper, and pinned it up on the wall here by my desk. I will also make a copy and go home and tape it to the refrigerator, prime viewing area for my teenage children. I tell them this same thing on a regular basis, my words usually are something like, "who gives a shit what other people think," or "be yourself, you're not going to fool anyone trying to be someone you're not." But I think this quote from Dr. Seuss says it the best.... "BE WHO YOU ARE, AND SAY WHAT YOU FEEL, BECAUSE THOSE WHO MIND DON'T MATTER AND THOSE WHO MATTER DON'T MIND...." Fabulous stuff.
